Electricity went out twice today, once for about an hour and once for maybe 15 min, the first time in a while it's done so. Meaning things have gotten much better since last summer, when electricity would cut out for often a couple hours at a time both mornings and evenings. The water hasn't been cut off once since I've been here. So Mr Qalibaf seems to be doing something right, though I liked evenings last summer when everyone in the neighborhood be driven outside and go shopping en masse at stores with private generators.
